Every journey begins with a small idea, and ours started within the vibrant campus of Maharaja’s College, Mysuru. What began as a student initiative to coordinate and manage college events gradually grew into something much bigger. With every event, we discovered a shared passion for planning, creativity and bringing people together. The appreciation and trust we received encouraged us to take that passion beyond the college campus, laying the foundation for what is today known as Toy’s Event Creations.
As the years passed, our team continued to learn, adapt and grow with every celebration we organised. From intimate family functions to large-scale weddings, corporate gatherings and public events, each project helped us strengthen our experience and refine our approach. We have always believed that no two celebrations are the same, and every event deserves careful planning, attention to detail and a personal touch. This belief has remained at the heart of everything we do.
Over the years, Toy’s Event Creations has successfully delivered more than 500 events, earning the trust of families, businesses and organisations across the region. What started with a small group of enthusiastic individuals has evolved into a dedicated team that works together to create memorable experiences with professionalism, creativity and commitment. Today, we proudly operate from our offices in Mandya, Mysuru and Srirangapatna, allowing us to serve clients more efficiently while maintaining the personal relationships that have always defined our work.
While our roots remain firmly connected to Karnataka, our journey has taken us far beyond our hometowns. We have had the privilege of planning and executing events across different parts of the state and, on several occasions, beyond Karnataka as well. Every new destination, venue and client has added to our experience, helping us grow while staying true to the values that shaped us from the beginning. Regardless of the size or location of an event, our focus has always remained the same—to deliver a seamless experience that reflects our clients’ vision.

Toy’s Event Creations was founded by Tilak Gowda, whose journey into event management began during his college years at Maharaja’s College, Mysuru. What started as coordinating college events soon developed into a passion for creating well-planned and memorable celebrations.
